- Currently have or have ever had a heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeats, angina or chest pain, or congestive heart failure
- High or low blood pressure
- History of a rare heart condition known as prolongation of the QT interval
- Liver problems
- Kidney problems
- Blood problems, including sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia
- Bleeding or blood clotting disorder
- Stomach ulcer
- A family history of degenerative eye disease
- Physical deformity of the penis, Peyronie's disease etc.
** At the same time let your doctor know about all the medicines and over the counter drugs you are taking like;
